Externships

When it comes to the culinary industry, having great technique and real-world experience is critical. During the 18-month culinary arts degree program, you will spend time in our kitchens every day learning and practicing your craft. You also will experience an 8-week externship to practice and polish your skills in the pressure of a real-world setting.

Externships are designed to provide you with industry experience in a fast-paced kitchen, to make valuable culinary contacts, and to make you more competitive for future job opportunities.

You might complete your externship for:
